Enable Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to provide 100 additional affordable homes each year.

  • Keyworker homes: in excess of £1.5m spent on helping 143 keyworkers (mainly teachers) to purchase housing. Helps job retention and improving educational attainment.

 

Achieve net completions of new dwellings at an average rate of 164 per annum to achieve the Hampshire County Structure Plan housing requirement.

  • 289 in 2005/06
  • 213 in 2006/07.
Revise and adopt new Housing Allocations Guidance by the end of 2007.
