Increase the number of jobs in the borough by 1300 by 2008, through:
developing the council’s former depot site
Havant Borough Council
Former Havant Depot Site (now Site Four – Dwyer plc) under development. Works to commence when "Rusty Cutter" roundabout works completed.
bringing forward Phase 1 development of industrial units at Dunsbury Hill Farm
Havant Borough Council
Development Programme under discussion with partners, including Portsmouth City Council (landowners). Consultants appointed and design brief prepared. Preferred Developer process advanced.
completing the development of industrial units at Penner Road
Havant Borough Council
15 industrial units completed - 263 jobs achieved
Furuno plc unit development commenced.
