Dunsbury Hill Farm employment allocation incorporated in the Local Plan adopted on 30 September 2005. Discussions commenced with Portsmouth City Council as landowner and South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) on the production of development brief for the site.
 

With SEEDA , facilitate redevelopment of the Council's former Depot site at Broadmarsh by 2008
