2nd Annual Progress Report on delivery of the Community
Strategy February 2006 - January 2007
In March 2005 the Havant Community Partnership (HCP) published
its first Community Strategy “Stronger Together”, setting out
priorities for Havant Borough until 2008. These priorities had been
identified through consultations with residents and partners in
2004, and targets for achieving them were set out in the Community
Strategy’s Action Plan.
The first annual progress report – March 2005 to January 2006
- was published in March 2006. Since then, the
HCP
Board (the strategic body
overseeing delivery of the Community Strategy) has been continuing
to monitor progress by means of reports from lead partners at
HCP
Board
meetings. This second annual report shows what has been achieved
from February 2006 to January 2007. Follow the links below to

In addition to monitoring progress on Community Strategy
delivery, during 2006 the Havant Community Partnership has also
achieved the following:
- HCP website developed and launched – www.hcp-partnership.org.uk
- Children’s Services now represented on the
HCP
Board
- “Pride of Place” initiative launched to Community Boards for
rollout across the borough, building on its success in
Leigh Park.
