Havant Borough Council
On track.  Havant Skills Centre, Fulflood Road, Leigh Park, being developed in partnership with Havant College and the Learning and Skills Council to provide vocational training specifically targeted at young people not in education, employment or training.

Increase the level of vocational training by increasing the use

of the Apex Centre by 25%, by 2008               

Havant Borough Council At least 25% increased usage achieved by the extension to the Apex Centre (doubling its size) and the introduction of motor vehicle courses to supplement construction training.
