Ensure new development within the borough arising from the West of Waterlooville Major Development Area(WWMDA)  complies with

Dunsbury Hill Farm employment allocation incorporated in the Local Plan adopted on 30 September 2005. Development Brief for the site produced in June 2007. Process to select a development partner commenced in May 2007.

 

With South East England Development Agency, facilitate redevelopment of the council's former depot site at Broadmarsh by 2008 Havant Borough Council
Agreement reached to sell site to Dwyer plc. Planning permission for business park development agreed.  Site cleared and ready to start. Junction improvements Harts Farm Way/A27completed in 2007.
